Each child is created b'tzelem elohim (in God's image) and receives support from a dedicated team of professional educators. Teachers listen to each child’s unique needs and are also supported in their professional growth. Each child is nurtured according to their individual learning style, fostering a similar supportive environment for teachers and families.

Educators respect children as individuals and value their families as primary teachers. They collaborate with colleagues to continually improve their practices and strive for excellence. Children and families are supported based on their unique situations. Teachers maintain strong communication with families, ensuring that partnerships center around the children and their needs. In preschool, children are taught according to their learning styles, helping them develop self-awareness and insight into their strengths. A community of caring adults is essential for shared growth.

Co-founders Donna Smith Aranson and Hannah Aranson Williams bring over 65 years of combined experience in early childhood education, working with children and families in various settings. As a mother-daughter team, they are passionate about providing exceptional early education and childcare.
